For a 5 star hotel, my experience here was extremely disappointing, even though the hotel itself is beautiful. The best part would’ve been the breakfast buffet, and the view from my room. Cons: 1. there is no air conditioning, and the room is extremely hot and humid. We called down to the front desk, and we were told the AC cannot be used, and you can only crack open the window. 2. Even on the non smoking floor, guests are smoking outside in the halls and the rooms smell of smoke. 3. The baggage staff in the lobby were not as attentive, and my family had to carry in our bags ourselves from our bus.

Amazing location, had a fabulously ginormous room with the best view we can imagine, and a breakfast buffet that's totally worth the price and more over the calories. Staff were courteous, friendly, and very helpful, definitely a repeat stay when we come back another time.

We stayed there on the second night of the school trip, 140 people in total. They were supposed to prepare for dinner buffet for us with the cost 700k per person. Can you believe that they didn't even prepare any beverages, including water, and asked us to pay for can drinks and water. many footage about them on YouTube, I could see there are always drinks prepared. So, it means they didn't treat us fairly since we are group travelers. We already paid for everything. Food was also horrible. the only food that students could eat was salmon sashimi, and they barely refilled it. We asked several times to refill, and then the manager and the chef exchange signal with a huge sigh and brought a very small amount of more salmon sashimi. Wasabi was just a chemical thing. It can not be described as "spicy". with just a small amount on the tip of your chopstick, I had to spit it out, it wasn't edible. The next morning when we went down for breakfast, we could see that food diversity was more various with the proper number of beverages served. It means that with other guests, we were finally treated fairly. haha. nonetheless to say about the room condition, it was seriously horrible hotel. While we were at the lobby at night, so many rats wandered around the hotel lobby. I can't believe that it is a 5 star hotel.

The best view I've ever seen in my life (please get a room on one of the top floors or you're definitely missing out) Although it felt weird to be the only foreigner around as I was in Hanoi earlier and that was filled with tourists.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
