I stayed here with my family for a couple of months during a military PCS. It is in a great part of Madrid, close to the Moncloa bus station from which you can get anywhere in Spain. It's within walking distance of the Royal palace, Plaza España, and the Plaza Mayor. There is parking beneath the hotel, the breakfast is spectacular, and the staff is really helpful. Great place to stay and see Madrid.

We, a family of 4, stayed here for three nights during our vacation. The room looked liked an apartment converted to a hotel. The location is very convenient for sightseeing tour spots in Madrid. It is clean and functional, and it has all essentials. With a small kitchen in the room, you could buy foods at a grocery store and cook there to save money, too. Highly recommended.

This place is a beautiful gem in the center of Madrid. I picked this place last-minute when my Airbnb host didn't confirm my Madrid reservation, and I am so glad I stayed here. It is like a hotel of apartments. Great customer service, clean rooms and a 5 star restaurant and bar right next door. The next time I am in Madrid, I will stay here again.

Great location, easy to get the city center. The suite was fabulous, spacious and there furniture was like brand new. We had a problem with air conditioning but the desk staff was very kind. Excellent quality price ratio. I'll be back.

Very beautiful hotel with a beautiful view. The receptionist was very kind and very surprised to see his first luxembourgish ID ever ^^ The service was great and the hotel very clean! We also had some very delicious breakfast.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
