Room: ROMEA A disappointing experience. Staff service was excellent but the room was of a poor standard, with numerous faults and inadequate cleaning. The handbasin drain is blocked, shower rose dribbles more than spraying, the shower floor waste is hazardous, the washing machine is faulty leaving us with wet unwashed clothes (staff were helpful and took our washing elsewhere and returned it clean). A sliding door didn't work, the dishwasher contained the last tenants dirty dishes. No complementary tea or coffee. These apartments do not meet the standard expected.

They rented us an apartment knowing that the (sliding) bathroom door didn't close. My husband was explaining the parts they needed to get to fix it, but the response was "It's broken." There is rarely anyone at the front desk before 2:00 and no one there after 2:00, but there is a locked front gate. If you want to check in after 2:00 but don't have the access code to get inside to check in, you are out of luck. We used a kiosk to check in after someone else came out the gate. There is also a very unusual door locking system. Our hotel neighbors met us in the hallway and explained how to open the door. The website indicates there is a breakfast buffet, but there is not. Obvious false advertising that, while not a huge deal, can mean extra money for a family that now has to purchase breakfast after being promised a buffet. The apartment itself was nice, other than the broken bathroom doors. The location was very walkable.

if your room is Lliure, stay away, and good luck. My family booked the terrace room for 5 nights, first of all , our room is not at the building they advertised, room doesn’t look like anything from the website. - This room is poorly maintained, sofa bed makes horrible squeaky sound , so you’ll wake up people next to your with slightly turn and movement. - terrace door lock is broken on one side so you can’t really lock the terrace door, I felt iffy with leaving any valuable at home. - bathroom door makes a loud sound so if you plan to take a shower at night , you’ll probably wake someone up, bathroom drain tile is broken and can be dangerous for kids - room doesn’t have a sun blocking shade, so you’ll likely wake up at 6am when the sun is out. - on our 3rd night, a roach showed itself next to our bed, it took us by surprise. The only thing this got going for it is the location. For the price we were charged people are better off finding other alternative. Stay away from this.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
