Such an amazing stay! This ryokan was beautiful and so charming. The room and attention to detail were amazing - we had free snacks, drinks, a variety of toiletries / skincare products, and they even provided traditional yukatas and pajamas. The wooden bath in our room was so peaceful every night. The garden was so serene and they had a cute library were you could relax. Delicious Japanese breakfasts too! The staff was so attentive!

What a wonderful stay - such a beautiful building and such lovely staff! Our room was huge and had everything you could possibly need. I loved the wooden bath tub, perfect after a day of exploring Kyoto! Would recommend and stay again.

Booked the place for my trip to Japan which doubled as an anniversary celebration. Rooms were great. Alot of ammeneties given, Including access to a lounge area that came attached with a snack bar which I had to camped in to do some work. Staff was the best. Never felt so welcome by the service. 10/10 would recommend.

Beautiful, cozy and traditional ryokan with a group of the most friendly staff, who also speaks great English! The atmosphere was great and quiet, and amenities were very well-stocked. The cypress bath was a nice touch, it smelled wonderful!

Excellent hotel an incredible experience, with the comfort, ambience of the place, I felt like I was at home. All the staff were very attentive and helpful. The room was very comfortable, quiet and beautiful. The Dinner and Breakfast is amazing all the tasty the same time lovely!!!! thank you very much and I will come back more often.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
