Not the Ritz. You get what you paid for. Bonus for view from the balcony. Dated property and the showers could do with an overhaul. What they lack in facilities, they more than make up in effort. Cheap and cheerful, so would defo stay here again if traveling solo.

A pleasant and memorable stay. Right from the ambience, to the hospitality, courteous staff, prompt and efficient service, everything was perfect. Highly recommended. All employees smile and care about guests and room service is excellent Set in Muscat, 2.7 km from Oman Avenues Mall, Muscat Inn Hotel offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking and a terrace. This 2-star hotel offers room service, a 24-hour front desk and free Wi-Fi. Guests can have a drink at the snack bar. All guest rooms come with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a fridge, a kettle, a shower, free toiletries and a desk. The hotel provides some units with city views, and all rooms are fitted with a balcony. Guest rooms feature a safety deposit box. Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque is 1.9 km from Muscat Inn Hotel, while Royal Opera House Muscat is 10 km from the property. The nearest airport is Muscat International Airport, 13 km from the accommodation. Modern hotel, everything worked as expected. The bed was very comfortable and the room surprisingly spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful and responded quickly to a change of plans due to a delayed flight. The hotel was an easy drive from the airport and very close to the Sultan Qaboos Mosque. It's also a straightforward drive to the Muttrah area.

Located conveniently near the major attractions of Macau, this economical hotel provides a great base for a holiday. The staff members here are incredible and make sure that you have a comfortable stay. All in all, this was an excellent experience!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
