Tbilisi old town is a very busy and loud place. So, I was searching for a more calm, but still central, place to stay. The hotel is almost hidden in a very small alley and really very silent. You will hear no cars, no shouting or whatsoever, despite being in the middle of old town and not far from bigger roads. The personnel is friendly and we had long talks with them in the evening. I cannot say much about the restaurant as we always ate outside, but prices seemed comparably high - in the sense that they were equal to all "real" restaurants nearby. Room was clean and relatively new. I would recommend this hotel again!

Firstly, they were very mismanaged when arranging a room. I had to ask three times for them to put towels, etc in my room. Later, they asked me to change my room at midnight because another guest wanted that room. When I refused to change the room in the middle of the night, they asked me to take a refund and leave in the middle of the night! They really dont care about their guests at all. The lady kept following and harassing me, trying to barge into my room.

This hotel is amazing and every detail was perfect, thanks staff, service is perfect, breakfast is perfect, location, cleanliness and everything was amazing. you just need to rest there.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
