Lovely hotel. Rooms were very clean, comfy bed, cleaning service was excellent. They provide you clean towels every day to go to the beach or swimming pool for free! Amazing staff! Laundry service. The location couldn’t be more central, you literally have everything you need in front door. Highly recommended.

AWFUL HOTEL The building has loads of mold issues, you can smell it right in the reception. In my room the smell was even worst and the mold was everywhere, was not able to breath comfortably and had to sleep with my mask on. Additionally, I found blood stains in the curtains and cockroaches in the bathroom. Would not recommend staying here. Location is good

The worst hotel I’ve been to. It has lots of mold issues that makes it impossible to breath comfortably. Most of the rooms have indoor balconies that leads to the neighbours balconies, so there’s no privacy and there is always this terrible smell in the air because there’s no ventilation whatsoever. Additionally, I found cockroaches when going to my room and there was a hole in the ceiling that had water dripping constantly. The location was the only good thing, but I would never stay there again.

The location is great but also hell. If you travel with kids, don't go there. If you prefer to sleep without AC but an open window, don't go here. It is sooooo loud and noisy. In the same building (on the road) there is a club/bar and the music runs till 3/4 am. People scream and are just super loud. On the other side U have the night market which is great for your food experience but also there is a hostel next door which plays music all night long. And it's super nice that both bars play different songs😉 Next to the noises from those locations, you have the main road full of extremely loud Tuk-Tuks. Besides the location, the rooms are ok-ish. The AC is pointed to the bed which makes it hard not to become sick. There is not much room to put stuff out of your bags. Some shelves were great. The staff is nice and U get free water every day. One of the staff members is mostly sleepy but who knows the working condition in Thailand. So I don't wanna judge that. So overall, if you like party, loud ambience - that is the place to be!!!

Great location. You step out of the hotel into the walking street of kata. Good rooms. Was a bit hesitant initially after seeing some negative comments. But we had a great time there. The great thing is the rate is really less.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
