I stayed here on april '23 for two whole weeks. The place couldn't be better located. It is clean, the restrooms and showers are comfortable, and everything works perfectly. My only minor comment: there's a burger place next to the hostel, and we had a discount for staying in. I didn't know it lol.

I stayed in the hotel late May 2023 at the end of my Japan trip. I loved the location, close to Shibuya and Ebisu. the staff were so nice and friendly. The rooms were, in a single word filthy, the shower curtain was black with mold. floor had hair all over. I would stay here again, but would request more frequent cleanings.

I was happy with the hotel, we tend to stay at more high end places but this was great price in the area. not to far to walk from station or there is a bus as well. we had private bath. Room was clean and quiet. I would stay again.

We stayed here in the family room for one night. All was ok until the early morning when the brightest sunlight of all time woke us up at 5am. The blinds did absolutely nothing to keep the sun out. The air conditioning is also preset to a low setting so the room heated up like a sauna by 6:30am. It was unbearable and none of us could sleep any longer. I mentioned this to the people at check out and they just nodded at me and smiled like they couldn’t care less. BEWARE OF WHAT ROOM YOU ARE GIVEN OR YOU WILL SWEAT LIKE CRAZY AND GET NO SLEEP! They shouldn’t have rooms like this. It’s cruel.

The shower was a very humbling experience for me. Corners of the doors and celling in the shower cubicles was decorated with mould in slight tinted pink and black. Shampoos weren’t provided. The body hairs that’s been spread over the floors and walls was a plus too. Not taking a shower here for a day, might be a more hygienic decision.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
