Me and my husband and I stayed at Muthu Clube Praia da Oura 3 years ago, and we were very happy with the room and food we had all-inclusive. This year we got 15 days thinking that would be the same like 3 years ago, but everything was changed. The room was so small, we couldn't get into the room with our bags, we arrived around 11.30pm and we had to move the beds and other furniture to make place to get in. Then the food wasn't what we had 3 years ago, actually we went to eat at an Italian restaurant close to our hotel. Christmas Dinner and New year Dinner was nearly like any other day, a bit more food and seafood. Nothing festive. We are so disappointed we will never go back.

So...after reading the reviews, we were expecting the worse..this place stands up with its fantastic staff, clear All Inclusive rules and good food. The people on here who moan about this and that need to get their heads around this is a great value holiday. The comments about plastic cups are unfair because EVERY AI hotel we have stayed in use those. Lack of choice of drinks is rubbish cos everything you need IS available. The food is more than adequate and although it wont win a Michelin star, get a grip and enjoy it for what it is..tasty and plentiful. The reception staff, bar servers, waiters and Managers are all enthusiastic . I think the people who leave bad reviews need to rethink the amount of money they spend on a holiday! The rooms here are clean, serviced regularly and I was even brought a nice bottle of wine on my birthday. The pool was too cold to go in for us but people were certainly enjoying it. The sea was lovely even for November. All in all we really enjoyed our 4 night winter break, the weather was incredible (25°C) every day and if you go there with a happy face, you will have a great time

Very good establishment, got a great offer travelling from Cork to stay for a week in the Mathu Hotel, rooms were spacious and had air-conditioning. All essential amenities were available in the room. Very private beach access in the back of hotel. Staff were friendly and facilities were kept clean. The pool area was nice with an added outdoor jacuzzi. So overall my impressions were good, shops and bars are located conveniently.

Lovely hotel and friendly helpful reception staff. Cleaning staff were also excellent and room cleaned every day. Room was lovely in K Block, but it's not great if you're trying to sleep as our room 1009 was directly across from the nightclub. Music did stop at 12, though, so bear in mind or bring ear plugs. The location was excellent as very close to the beach and strip. Taxi from reception, 5 mins away from the hotel to the Old Town (€7-10 depending on on the time)or a quick 20-minute walk if you're fit and able. The pool area was lovely, and there were plenty of beds available early in the morning. Outdoor hot tub and sauna nearby. Plenty walks nearby in various directions if that's your interest. Good choice of restaurants and bars nearby. We did not eat in the hotel, so I can not comment on that.

As far as all inclusive hotels go this none was very poor. Only 1 all inclusive bar for the whole hotel which was rubbish. The food was very poor as well. Non existent WiFi. Was hoping for better as was looking to book 16 lads in for a weeks golfing holiday but I will never be back at this hotel. Avoid if you can.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
