Lovely lodge in the Masai mara, wonderful Hippo bar where you can watch the hippo’s as they wallow or come out and head for the bushes at night. Rooms were a bit dated but clean and bed was comfortable, plenty of hot water. Food was varied and always something to eat. Staff were friendly and always ready to help. The swimming pool was a nice end to the day. Tip box at reception that is shared out so did not tip individually. Lots of animals to see in our Lodge’s grounds, we saw elephants, zebra, gazelles, hippos, ostrich and monkeys guards escort you back to your room at night to make sure you’re safe. Wonderful holiday

We had an amazing three-night stay at this lodge - thank you so much to Joshua who was a fantastic guide and lovely person. We saw the big five, a pride of lions take down a zebra, and much more!! Everybody was very friendly and we had a great time, especially having a drink and watching the hippos in the watering hole next to the lodge. Thank you!

Fortunate to spend two nights and 3 days at this wonderful place 2 weeks ago! The service was wonderful, and my cabin attendant Janet was always so friendly and pleasant— she took wonderful care of me. Excellent food choices as well! Truly felt spoiled. The zebras roaming up to our rooms was so special; as was the Hippo bar and pond. So many gorgeous birds to see and listen to as well.

Location is the greatest asset if you want to reconnect with the nature. Wild animals traverse the lodge area by night, some antipopes and zebras sleep in front of the cabins. There is a hippos pond just in front. The rooms in the cabins are old, but still comfortable, there was always hot and cold water (compared with other lodges we stayed). There are Maasai ladies selling souvenirs. At night you need to be escorted to the cabins.

This is a wonderful place to stay on safari! It is in the heart of the masi mara, and has animals on site. The employees are incredibly friendly and genuinely care to ensure you are having a great time. They can't do enough for you and will answer any questions you have! The food is stunning and has a variety for everyone.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
