Unfortunately does not fulfill expectations for a 4 star Mövenpick hotel. Even though twice confirmed, I received a room with carpet and not a room with a wooden floor due to allergies. I waited 15min for checking in and needed to wait 15min more in order to change the room. Cleanliness was really bad. Hairs everywhere and dirty spots on the wall. Luckily the bed was clean. Missing big towel for the shower. Shower is leaking and the bathroom is flooded after taking a shower. Air conditioning doesn't work well on warm days. On hot days it is absolutely not sufficient. Parking is too expensive (47 Euros per day) and you need to pay and get a new ticket every time your enter and leave. The staff was lovely and welcoming though. Therefore 2 stars instead of 1.

I stayed here for two weeks and then extended my stay. It was very easy. We were able to check in early on our first day for a fee, which was fine. The room was clean, comfortable bed. Standard room. The hotel bar is nice. The reception workers were helpful. The cleaning staff was very nice. The best thing is that it's literally next to the Skyline shopping mall. There you can find lots of food options, super market, plenty of shopping. The tram and U line are very close and connects you to all of Frankfurt. Taxis are always available too. From 16-17:00 you can enjoy complimentary chocolate and other sweets at the lobby. One day (Sunday) one of the lifts was out of service, the next day it was working again. Ordered room service once and it was great. Highly recommend if you're staying in the Messe area. It's only 4 stops from Central Train station.

The showering water is pretty bad, it goes hot suddenly in an uncontrolled manner. The staff are responsive but no helpful. I told them the heater cannot be turned off and they told me the person in charge is not around and had to figure out myself. They offered a wide range of pillows. However when i asked for the pillow i was told none of them are available.

Our experience at the Movenpick was a complete disaster: we booked a Sleep King Room, and my partner found out at the check in that half of the advertised items were not present in the room. She went to raise this at the reception and she was given a box with some extras such as eye mask, lavender etc. Then she found out no toiletries were in the room, she went to reception again and got told that nothing can be done as the housekeeping team left. Then I arrived and it got even worse: I spoke the receptionist who told me that toiletries are available in reception. I asked him if it is normal that a client must find this hard to have shampoo in his room, he kept saying he didn't know what happened and kept blaming his colleagues and housekeeping. In the end I got handled two bottles of shampoo and a bottle of soap. Basically, the customers (us) we had to furnish our own room that we paid for!!!! Very disrespectful towards customers who wants to spend some time off, the disorganisation of this place is unbelievable and we will make a formal complaint ASAP.

!!! Please Please be careful of this hotel! a large amount was withdrawn from my card (that we only used from the insurance which we never got back btw and not the one used when we booked the rooms) 6 days after we checked out from the hotel for absolutely no reason. we contacted the hotel with no clear answer please avoid this hotel!! almost 900 euros ill never get back and for some reason they keep your card information saved.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
