We spent 4 nights at the property, the hospitality was excellent from check in until check out. The breakfast selection was a nice combination of Moroccan and European food choices. We greatly appreciated the heated pool, which is a special experience in December! It was also appreciated to have two connecting rooms to accommodate our family. A special thanks to the staff at the Kids Club, who made it special for our children. And don’t miss the afternoon “chocolate hour”!

Starting with the positives, the hotel's location is superb, earning a perfect score of 10/10. However, the check-in process was highly disappointing. Despite arriving at 1 pm, we were unable to access our room until at least 4 pm. The number of check-in kiosks at this hotel is insufficient compared to the number of rooms available, leading to significant delays and frustration. Unfortunately, our experience with the hotel staff raised serious concerns about the security of our belongings. We discovered that a staff member had gone through our bags and tampered with our personal items. Although nothing was stolen, this intrusion was deeply disheartening. We immediately reported the incident to the management, who assured us that it would be thoroughly investigated and addressed. However, no feedback or resolution was provided, leaving us dissatisfied. Considering these factors, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone who values the safety and security of their belongings.

Great location and excellent setting. Fantastic gardens and pools. Friendly staff, very clean, tastefully decorated, superb choice of breakfast items. Loved it. Chaima and Mouhciene from guest services were always on hand to help us with anything we wanted.

Nice hotel. Super staff. Great atmosphere. We had a beautiful room. Breakfast splendid!! Price quality at the bar pool and lunch terrace not good. Nothing special and very high priced. A pity. 800 mad for a simple Corona beer 😩

We were met with the Manager who helped accomodate us although there was an issue with booking from our travel company’s side. The cleanliness was impeccable. The food was wonderful and the hospitality was remarkable. The spa facility was great. I would definitely visit again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
