We booked to celebrate a birthday weekend away and our first stay away with our baby girl Clara. The team called us prior to arrival to check on parking and anything else. Check in was quick and easy and the room was ready on our arrival. The room was very clean and neat and we were thankful for the the welcome amenity (the chocolate tart was amazing). Chocolate hour was very pleasant and we had a coffee to go with it, very convenient to have on site. The pool was really nice and enjoyed by the whole family. We dined at Miss Mi and the team really looked after us and took the time to say hello to Clara who was enjoying her time in the city. The food and drinks were all great! We were really happy to have decided to dine in house.

I loved staying at this hotel. It was spacious, clean, well designed, and so, so comfortable. If you're a fan of mattresses on the firmer side, you'll be pleased and the pillows are really good too. 25m pool means you can actually swim laps and the sauna and spa are also excellent. The location is on the quieter side of the city which I liked, and so close to Southern Cross station. Very convenient. Service staff were very professional and the restaurant is legitimately very good, although skip the continental hotel breakfast as it's the same deal as every other. Aside from that I can't wait to stay again.

A very good hotel, close to Southern Cross station and with a tram stop outside the hotel making it easy to get around. Good breakfast and a very relaxed bar area. I really liked the small gym and pool. I found the beds very comfortable. A good find.

Great location right across from Southern Cross Train station. Easy access to trams makes it easy to get around the city. The room was on the smaller side but spotlessly clean, housekeeping was fantastic. We requested a quiet room which was away from the tram station so we didn't have a view but appreciated it being quieter. We found all staff to be very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was your typical hotel buffet breakfast, quite basic but enough choice for everyone. It was extremely busy when we were there but the staff worked hard to replenish food quickly. It is a small dining area for the size of the hotel. The chocolate hour is in the lobby and it pays to get there early as it does get busy. The pool and sauna area is spotlessly clean and the staff replenish towels regularly, was lovely to have a swim and sauna after a long day of sightseeing and walking. Overall a lovely stay and such a fantastic location we will be back.

My son and I loved our weekend stay. The pool was great and the chocolate happy hour was extremely happy as too was the free ice cream my son enjoyed! Location is fantastic- directly across from southern cross station.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
