        A beautifully designed luxury resort with all the amenities that is expected of a 5 star hotel. Buffet breakfast was amazing. Travelled in early January and although breakfast was busy, it wasn't unbearable and quite calm if you're an early riser. Location is good for activities in the north but you're quite a distance from the main town so most likely you'll be eating at the hotel (super expensive relative to Vietnam prices, average for westerners) or alternatively get a Grab food delivery to the hotel. The pool and beach access is as nice as the photos suggest, with beautiful sunsets every evening. Note that there are lots of families and kids around (the Saturday Foam Pool party is essentially for the kids, with special appearances by Pikachu and Baby shark!), so if that isn't your thing then you can take that into account. Chocolate hour between 330-430pm was a nice surprise! Would definitely come again.

        This resort was amazing! We stayed at the villa area & had our assigned concierge, Soda. The service is impeccable, Soda accommodated our every request & even helped us to arrange for a wheelchair at the airport as my husband sprained his ankle. But we were glad to have the private pool at the villa with room service. Overall, the service is awesome, the beach was clean & though it can be busy with lots of hotel guests, the beach & poolside was spacious enough to accommodate all. My daughter & I had a “Mommy & Me” spa day & it was really good, very relaxing & she even fell asleep. WiFi was fast, we had no issues even though we were working remotely with multiple users.

        This hotel has a huge swimming pool but has designed it in such a way that it is not possible to have many deckchairs around it… too bad. This hotel has a very beautiful, clean beach, but did not consider it useful to have parasols there… too bad. This hotel has a bar near the swimming pool but has not created a shaded outdoor place on the beach to enjoy a drink… too bad. This hotel has some pretty good and plentiful dishes but is incapable of managing its staff to make the experience decent… too bad. This hotel has a kind, supportive and energetic team, but almost no one understands you, training them in English does not seem a priority. Everything is there to make this place a magical place but everything is ruined by tragic choices or a lack of desire undoubtedly. Courage to the staff who do their best so that in the end the customers are still disappointed…

        The hotel seemed very comfortable to us compared to where we stayed in the first week of our vacation (Melia). The staff is attentive and very friendly. Overall, we felt comfortable. However, there were a couple of points that we didn't like. The restaurant (Islander) service was one of them. Some dishes were impossible to eat, and there were frequent misunderstandings regarding orders, resulting in chaos and confusion. Although some waiters were very kind, we have no complaints about them. In the evening at Aura, you often have to hunt down the waiters to be served. As for the beach, it is beautiful, but there is not a single parasol on the main beach. Also, most guests occupy the sunbeds early in the morning, leaving no space for others. There is no control over this, and securing a spot on the beach is quite challenging. What we liked was the system of ordering drinks and food on the beach through scanning a code. It worked quite well and was very convenient. The shower didn’t work in our room and we reported it twice, but there was nothing done about it. My husband just repaired it himself🤷🏼‍♀️ We had a room with direct entry to the “pool” which was 700cm deep so it’s rather a decorative pool. Overall, we were satisfied with our vacation at this hotel because it was evident that the staff put in a lot of effort.

        Although I didn't spend much time on staying in resort because we went outside to enjoy the island tour and the sunset in other places, still the dawn blending to mountain landscape from the room we stayed in was very beautiful. We had breakfast and morning coffee at balcony when sun rose and it's unforgettable memory. We did have some trouble in using the coffee machine and got help from the staff, the guidance was easily understandable. In addition, the Christmas decorations everywhere are nice and impressive too, we took some photos of that.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
