        𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗬 𝗕𝗔𝗗 𝗥𝗘𝗖𝗘𝗣𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗜𝗦𝗧! Nightmare! Firstly I want to say that I travel regularly and by far this is the worst hotel I’ve stayed in my life. Travellers travelling from UK needs to know although this is a 4* hotel “it does not provide room tissue” “it does not provide complimentary coffee, tea, sugar and water bottles everyday” “the room quality is very bad, dirty and outdated” “technically this is a 2* hotel, it’s not a international standard hotel” There’s another thing I need to highlight about the abrupt and extremely rude receptionist call 𝗝𝗶𝗸𝗮𝘁 who does night shift. On my last day I told him as a receptionist you need to have the right manner and the right body language to be a receptionist, I told him in UK we don’t have receptionist with very bad attitude. In return he replied: this is not UK, this Turkey and I do not need to smile or be warm and friendly with guests, I am just here to do my job that’s all. Those non English speaking guests will have the same experience with this guy I’m pretty sure. How can they recruit people like this guy. I made an early check out just to get out this place and will never go back. I repeat UK travellers please beware.

        Nice hotel, pleasant for group accomodation, very good staff, gently, near the shopping street, grand Bazar, Beyazit area, Kumkapi restaurants. Rooms great, I will be back every time at this hotel. Excelent services for excursions in Istanbul, have best relations with travel agency and guides (boys Gokkhan and Burak) was the best!

        Worst hotel, the employe working at night treated me very bad. He charged me 300TL for a large pizza that he would order from Dominos, but instead went to a cheaper place and brought a small pizza. In other words he scammed me, what a shame for a hotel like this. They had dirty rooms, and towels, cold water in the shower that was not clean. Beside the building there was som construction the whole night that caused that I couldn’t sleep. Worst experience ever!

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy

          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
