Check-in was easy and the room was nice and clean. It's on a main street so when you follow it down it takes you right to the waterfront. We had a balcony that overlooked the street which was a cool view, but the police sirens can be very loud. That being said, the traffic was silent at night so we had good sleeps. It also has an elevator for easy access with suitcases which was appreciated. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The location is very average. Not very close to touristic area but 10 minutes away from metro station.we found good restaurants around.The rooms are clean. We had to share the toilet and shower with other rooms but they were all clean.the only disturbing thing we're the Locks with the code for every entrance. It was worth it for the price.

The bathroom and the hotel room were full of mold. We immediately reported this to the reception. Unfortunately, we still had to spend the entire stay (6 nights) in the room, as no other room was available. The room was cleaned every day, but the mold was not removed and we have not received any compensation. The staff did not get back to us on their own, we had to keep asking. We were put off again and again and sometimes we did not get an answer at all. Would not recommend the hotel because of this.

Girl at the reception wanted to charge me more than agreed 1/5 I stayed 4 nights, bed sheets were not changed not even once, I can tell cause they had a stain in the same spot 1/5 The only thing that was made was the bed. Same little trash on the floor everyday, so I don't know what they mean by daily cleaning service 1/5 Location 4/5 I was told there was no kitchen- but I saw photographs with it. Bathrooms 4/5. A little more smile on receptionists' faces would be more pleasant. Would I recommend? NOT REALLY. would I come back? Probably, because of the location.

Small strange hotel in a mixed neighborhood but a fantastic location, excelents employees, and just steps from the metro. Around many choices for breakfast, supermarkets, and restaurants, and the price is fantastic, letting me have more money to spend at the city. YOU MUST TRY IT.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
