The location of this hotel is great for someone that needs to spend a night before the flight. Beyond that I do not recommend . Rooms are smelly, not well kept , AC leaked in my room from the ceiling. Staff is trying their best

I was impressed by the stunning location and the stylish, modern decor of the hotel. The staff were all incredibly friendly like a family and welcoming, and they went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. They were always available to answer any questions I had and to provide recommendations for local activities and restaurants. My room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept soundly every night. The room was also equipped with all the amenities I needed, including a mini-fridge and a coffee maker. I was impressed by the cleanness of the hotel and the variety of food that served on the restaurant. The food was very delicious that reminds me of my home. The hotel's location was also ideal for exploring Winterthur and Switzerland as a whole because it is near by the highway. It was situated in a great neighborhood, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops within walking distance. Also, hotel provides the free parking. Overall, I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay in Winterthur, Switzerland. The beautiful location, attentive service, and top-notch amenities make it an exceptional hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel for my vacation and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and check-in was a breeze. The room itself was spacious, clean, and elegantly decorated with modern amenities like a flat-screen TV, comfortable bedding, and a well-appointed bathroom. On top of that parking was free. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's restaurant, which served some of the most delicious typical Nepali food I've ever tasted. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, and everything was fresh and beautifully presented. I also had dinner at the restaurant and was blown away by the quality of the food and the service. The hotel's location was also a big plus, with many attractions and shopping areas within walking distance. The staff was always happy to give recommendations and offer assistance with any needs we had. Overall, I highly recommend this beautiful hotel for anyone looking for a memorable stay. The service, amenities, and location are all top-notch and I can't wait to come back again.

I do not recommend this hotel - the mood is spoiled. One star for friendly staff. The room is super small - about 8 square meters. When booking, the photo was completely different. The glass door to the bathroom is much smaller than the opening, the bathroom is not insulated - all sounds and smells can be felt in the room. Regarding smells. There is a terrible stench of sewage - ventilation does not help. The water in the sink does not drain. The pillows were uncomfortable. We paid about 100 euros for all this happiness

Was there for 2 days (March 7& 8) with my work colleagues. Everything was extremely good. Very clean( toilets , lobby , restaurant, reception bar were spotless). Rooms were cozy and clean. Very convenient location for commuting. The gentleman in the reception was very helpful and friendly. The food and service in the restaurant were also much better than our expectations. Although we couldn’t speak German and the chef didn’t speak much English, he modified the dishes as we needed. Definitely this will be my first choice for my next visit to Winterthur.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
