        the hotel room has cockroaches under the bed, i checked in hotel on 22 Nov, i saw 2 small roaches crawling in the room, i killed it and thought no more roaches, 23 nov night time about 11pm, i saw 3 small roaches crawling out from under the bed, i killed it and thinking what should I do, i turned on all lights and sleep. 24 Nov 10.30am, i saw 1 slightly bigger cockroach crawling out from under the bed, i told reception personnel, the guy and lady showed an expression that they were not surprised to hear roaches. the hotel guy mentioned their hotel policy is to change the guest to another room, they don't refund for the remaining nights. however, i saw their response when i complained about roaches, they did not apologise but give me a face expression that they are irritated to hear roaches from another customers again, they are not looking surprised at all. i don't have confidence on hotel hygiene standards, so i give up 2nights that i had paid through agoda. i moved to another hotel. my suggestion to all hotel booking customers: if you are going to stay quite a few days in the same hotel, please book 1-2 nights per booking, next 1-2 night in one booking, and so forth. In this way, you can cancel the remaining bookings, get back full refund. i did that with this hotel, so my loss is 2 nights. i cancelled the remaining bookings with this hotel.

        I was staying here after I signed the contract with the Malaysian company and moved here to KL, the staffs were incredible nice, MK, Kuma, Gysham and Richi. As I moved to KL for the first time, I was so nervous and needed advices on many stuff, the staffs were kind enough to sit with me and share their valuable knowledges with me, also just kept me the company when I needed it. Highly recommend, amazing stuffs and services!

        Worst Experience! Aircon got faulty middle of night n kept spraying water! Staff is super rude ! told me will repair end up didn't do anything! Slept two nights without with full humid!Also super loud as can hear outside of room ! room windows didn't even have sound insulation! can hear the mamak shop noise through out the night! BOOK AT UR OWN RISK !!

        Stayed here again. Good location as always. Friendly front office as long as you approach them politely. Very helpful as I needed an extra pillow to ease some dizziness. Delivered within 30 mins during housekeeping hours. No frills stay but clean and reasonable. Don't expect a luxury bed or pillows. Can be a tad noisy as hotel is adjacent to a restaurant that opens till late night 2am so not for light sleepers. Overall highly recommended for a budget stay with clean and neat room with great water shower pressure and temperature at a convenient location in Sentral.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
