An adequate and serviceable hotel. We booked a room here last minute after our other booking was cancelled unexpectedly. They graciously allowed us to check in early without extra fees. Rooms are pretty spacious and quite comfortable though beds are a bit hard. Toilet is clean, there's hot water though it may take some time to heat new water after one person has showered. No housekeeping was done. It can get a bit noisy as the walls are thin and it is in a somewhat busy area, but I suppose it is already much better than living near the old quarters. Staff can't really speak English. I guess they have more domestic tourists than internationals. But since we didn't need much, we got through with Google Translate. Location is great. There's a lot of good local stalls around, very refreshing compared to the touristy westernised eateries in the old town. Love the banh cuon just down the street for breakfast and the bun cha at Bún Chả Số 38 a few streets away for lunch, and pizza at 4P's ten minutes away for dinner. A lot of international cuisine nearby too like Japanese and Korean cuisine. It's a 15 minute walk to Hoàn Kiếm Lake and you get to soak in bustling Vietnam on the way.

Except Room we had terrible experience here.one of the staff who could understand better english became rude when we complained about very limited breakfast was served to us as we paid a very good amount for breakfast. We were not given the things in room which were mentioned in the booking. Not recommended.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
