Interesting place you check in at the pharmacy downstairs. I found it without a problem as I read other reviews the room itself is Big spacious clean good air conditioning 32in flat screen TV which is a good thing and many stations unfortunately none English. The TV has a USB port and I always bring a lot of movies on my memory stick just for such occasions when there is no English TV. This hotel is very close to the pier so once off the ferry you're easily walking distance. I would use this hotel again

The reception of the 'hotel' is a pharmacy. To enter the rooms you have to climb some steep stairs, so it is not accessible to everyone. The bed, if you can call it that, has a super hard mattress... in the 3 nights I spent there I could barely sleep. The shower was clogged, the towels or the trash cans were not changed. A disaster of a site. Luckily the workers are friendly.

The hotel reception is the pharmacy reception! I had a hard time understanding it, but that's it! The room is surely the most luxurious I have had in Thailand. The bed is large, there is plenty of space in the room. And there is even a 3rd kitchen room. The WiFi is excellent. And we are next to restaurants, the supermarket and 2 minutes from the ferry! Small downside, we hear a lot of noise from the scooters outside. That's the only downside.
