My Music Hotel

First. On the day of our departure, I requested an early transfer. The administrator did not knew English or Russian, and the waiter helped us communicate. The administrator confirmed to me that he would call the transfer and he would come 1 hour before the scheduled time. The administrator did not call, so the driver came late. the driver took us to the airport when the registration was already 20 minutes late. it was their fault that we were late for the flight Second. The administrator, who didn't know English or Russian and we talked with the help of the waiter, tried to lie to me that the transfer was not paid and I had to pay in cash. But I found the proof of payment and I didn't pay him anything. Third. I found the room unclean, there was dust everywhere and there is photo showing it.
