Nice and peaceful resort style condo. Good for family with kids as they have 8 pools here

I'm not typically the type of person who writes reviews; in fact, I usually despise doing so. However, I feel obliged to do so in this case. Our stay at My Resort Hua Hin was booked while we were still in Canada, and we had certain expectations that, unfortunately, were not met. Our primary reason for choosing this place was the promise of an awesome baby pool, complete with a spray park and a pirate ship. This was a feature we were eager to utilize for our three young children. However, upon arrival, we were informed that the baby pool was closed and would remain closed throughout our stay. We requested a refund due to this major inconvenience, but our request was denied. This experience left us feeling dissatisfied with the service and the hotel. I should also mention that the lock on the patio of our 6th-floor room was busted and would not lock. As a result, I never felt safe during our stay, considering that our young children could easily access the patio whenever they wanted. Based upon our experience staying at My Resort Hua Hin, I don't recommend booking this resort from overseas or at all, as there are cheaper places with working locks and pools.

Well maintained apartment with pool and water park for children. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated and in functional form. Three problems were in place: there were not enough bedding for all the family members, there was no hot water in one of the showers and the main problem was mosquitoes. Must do urgent spraying !!!
