Great Hotel, very clean and for good price. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They serve good breakfast too and the rooms are pretty comfortable. The location is okay, not far from most tourist places in Istanbul and with plenty of nice little restaurants and shops around. It's very hard to get taxi to this hotel during rush hours(it is generally difficult here), so make use of the metro.

It is great to stay here. Staff is very friendly and cooperative. Only few of them can understand and speak English. Overall experience is great. Breakfast has variety of fresh food. Area is very busy but everything you can get on food step. Only one problem that no hotel parking if you have rented a car like I did, it is very difficult to find the parking special in night.

First, let's start with positives: staff is very nice and polite, rooms, beds and toilets are very clean, but that's about it, location is very noisy and streets are dirty, if you open the window noise is unbearable, but if you don't then rooms became very hot. The air conditioner was working intermittently. There was no kettle to boil the water for tea or coffee, even though it's a 3 star hotel and not cheap. And the complementary breakfast was alright, but I stayed there for 9 days and it never changed, every morning it was the same OK food.

Rooms are clean , breakfast is included , one thing you can find a weird that if you are out of your hotel and coming back late around 2-3 am you can find that blinds on door are close that you have to knock on and night shift reception will open. Another thing we’re quite uncomfortable that if due to your work internet is important it will be awful . Wi-Fi coverage was disaster and also quality of internet makes to wish the best . Friendly staff and everything is good

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
