Very nice apartment, furnished as if it were a private house, therefore equipped with many accessories and with an atmosphere that makes you feel at ease. We stayed for 60 nights in eight (4 adults and 4 children/teenagers), the dimensions are a little small for 8 people, however, the presence of 2 bathrooms makes the accommodation comfortable. The area is very quiet and peaceful. The metro is 5 minutes away, the station 15 minutes away and the supermarket under the house: exceptional location! The host, Roger, was very kind in providing great recommendations

We spent 42 wonderful days in a beautiful, clean building and apartment in a central location. The site manager was helpful and friendly. We have no complaints and can only recommend this apartment to other visitors. When we return to Barcelona, we will undoubtedly contact you. 👍

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
