        The hotel is located in Piazza Figueira, so transportation is very good. Plus, the view of the square from the window is great. The main tourist spots are just a short walk or tram ride away. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and make you feel really welcome. The breakfast was very tasty and satisfied my whole family. The room was quaint but modern at the same time. I would definitely stay here again. The shower door opens outward, making it uncomfortable to open with a shower mat.

        Our stay at my story hotel was excellent. Bright clean room and very good restaurant. It was a perfect location for exploring Lisboa. Upon leaving I discovered I had forgotten my wedding ring. As I was boarding a plane, I was unable to retrieve it. The staff at my story delivered it to Canada for me.         We stayed here for four days in total and our stay was very pleasant. The receptionists and waiters were nice and friendly. For Portuguese standards, the buffet did not lack any choices and offered a wide range of options. The breakfast room design was eye catching and thought out. The hotel room was very clean and modern. We would recommend going for a room with view on the Praça da Figuera.

        In our room the air conditioner was broken and not repaired, we moved to a room that was noisy, we returned to the original room without air conditioner. There is not enough storage space for clothes for seven nights, so my clothes stayed in the suitcase. Excellent breakfast and great staff, very caring and helpful! The location in the city center is excellent

        Reception is partof the bar which made signing in and out very awkward. Care had to taken in the lifts as non residents kept trying to get in. Restaurant is very crowded and trying to book is very frustrating. Breakfast is good. Hotel in Central area so shopping ,bars etc are close. Rooms are of a good size.
