Perfect location. Close to all the restaurants and bus stop. The pool and breakfast staff are super friendly and helpful. Michael from the pool area was very attentive and friendly and happy to help. The evening reception guy is also extremely nice and helpful. Day time reception staff are not so great. Also the “luxury suites” advertised are not luxury at all. They are just small rooms. It’s worth paying extra and getting the Kappana room right opposite the pool. That room is excellent and spacious. The shower is huge and 2 people can shower at once. We had an amazing time there.

We plan on booking another stay here. Pleasantly surprised by the location, the view, and the service. Very clean. Hotel staff went out of their way to show us around and provide for our needs. Breakfast on the terrace is a must. Plenty of good food and you can't beat the view. Only down sides: Bed is very firm, not our comfort level. Shower floods the bathroom a little but come back in an hour and it's dry.

Really clean and tidy hotel, the breakfasts were lovely. The scenery / view from this hotel is stunning!! Our room was tiny but fine as we only stayed for a few nights. It would have been nice to have a kettle in our room for tea/coffee. The bathroom was great with hot running water, the aircon worked fine and the pool was great!

We had a great two night stay in what may be the best room (I think #5)… Beautiful view with large room and balcony. Great location. A few simple things that could be improved- pool temperature was a lil too cold, bed/mattress was quite hard and the bathroom shower tended to cause water on floor.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
