I have travelled all over the world and this is the poorest quality accommodation I have ever experienced. Not only was room not as advertised (very low quality and dirty) and nearly $200 AUD per night, but it was also dangerous - we were put in the middle of a construction site which was incredibly unsafe both from electrical codes but also industrial smells. Would not recommend anyone stay here. Location is also inconvenient

Beware if you’re traveling heavy, this was an up hill challenge. Very steep and way up near the top after being drop off of the bus. The room was underwhelming, a bit tight but enough. The view on the roof top is incredible Update: I would not recommend this place, it’s very dirty and the AC seems like it has a moldy smell when it was blowing.

The facilities are dirty in the whole house. I think they haven't cleaned the floor and the surfaces for ages. When it's raining the water comes in and there is mold on the ceilings. The rooms are dirty, too. We had a lot of hairs on our mattress and bed sheets. It's really a pity that they do not take care of the rooms and building. During our whole stay I never saw someone cleaning. We still had drinks from previous guests in the fridge. They also do not have room service. It could be a nice guesthouse in a good neighborhood with a nice view from the rooftop. But when it is dirty it's hard to feel comfortable. At least the stuff is friendly. The breakfast ist toast with butter and jam. Coffee or tea is not included. I would not recommend to stay here.

Up high to walk from Myeongdong Exit 4 station but doesn't matter coz the view and rooms are a loft style type....with Kitchens!!!! Great for small family to be around.....which is also nearby to Namsan Tower.....just walking distance...

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
