WARNING! Do not book this property. I had a trip planned to Porto and a reservation at this property. They charged a prepayment of the full amount. My flight was cancelled today, and I contacted the hotel twice via the phone and the person I spoke to (Michael) was kind and sympathetic and suggested I change the dates which was technically still allowed under the terms of my reservation. I tried changing the dates once: the hotel rejected the request, their explanation was that the dates were too far out. I called and asked for an explanation again and they (i.e. Michael) were apologetic again, and said to apply for other dates. I then got another response from the owner Pedro saying that it wasn't his fault that the flight was cancelled and that they would not accept any date change or issue any refund. Know this before you book this property: they don't care about customers. All they care about is money.

As you probably know this is an apartment rental. There are no staff on site, no maid service. The building comprises four units. We stayed on the top floor. The interior appears to be relatively new. Modern look. The unit is long and narrow. You enter in the middle. Bedroom and bathroom on one side living, dining, and kitchen on the other. Rooms are large. Terraces both sides on the top floor only. Location is excellent. Near the train station. In the historic district. You can walk almost everywhere. Some street noise at night and seagulls. The building across the street is under reconstruction so expect loud construction noise during the day. Air conditioning. There is no storage on site for luggage after you check out at 11:00. You may use the lockers at the train station. Go early as they fill up quickly.

Wonderful place to stay in Porto. The hosts were so helpful and accommodating in meeting us early. The location is perfect, you are right in the centre of everything. Just a note that it says hotel but this is a set of four apartments. The apartment we stayed in was lovely. It was so spacious, designed and decorated beautifully, and had everything we needed. And the bed was very comfortable! Would definitely stay again.

Spending our last night at Myo Design House tonight and can't say enough good things! Location was perfect, parking was super close by, the apartment (Sao Bento) was pristinely kept and had everything we could have ever needed for an enjoyable stay. Stayed with our baby daughter and there was a crib available and plenty of space for her to crawl around. We walked everywhere - so many quaint, charming restaurants around and the easiest access to all the historic sites. Host was super friendly and provided us with great recommendations! Would DEFINITELY recommend and stay again if we ever make it back to Porto! Thanks for an awesome stay!

This is an amazing place, on a beautiful street, in a very central location. Friendly and helpful staff always available via WhatsApp. I highly recommend. Porto is a beautiful city.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
