The U-Bahn is just a step away from the facility, internet connection was great, breakfast was okay for a 3 star hotel. Recommend it highly

Pros: very modern room in a quiet location, really amazing spot if you are attending an event in the Olympic park. Some comforts of a home away from home, including functional kitchen w/ stovetop and laundry in-building. U-Bahn stop right in front of the building w/ frequent and fast trains into the city center. For the accessibility to transit and comfortable room, think it is more than worth the price I paid (approx. $90/usd/night). Cons: Very few restaurants nearby, and the one in the hotel is very expensive, especially for grab/go items like drinks. The vending machines were consistently out of service during my stay. No grocery/convenience stores nearby, this is fine as there are plenty at UBahn stations but do be aware of typical opening hours in Munich. Very limited service, apartments are cleaned once per a week's stay and addl' cleanings extra. I didn't need this but the odd thing was not seeing a single housekeeping attendant on my floor during my stay. Check-in is a little awkward, being at the companion hotel around the corner. There is a check-in desk in the apartments property but is unstaffed. A/C seems to be set between 19-22c, not possible to set colder and also fan speed was not rapid, leading to a room warmer than I would like during the heat wave. The ventilation fan in the bathroom is very loud and not possible to turn off.

Hit and miss here. Pros: -Great location directly on U-bahn line U3 -Secure and clean building accessed only with key-card -Competitive pricing -Access to laundry services -Heated bathroom floors and a large shower Cons: -On days 1, 2, and 3 of my stay I requested a hairdryer. Each time I was told it would be delivered to my room, and it never was. -Dishwasher was not working. I requested it to be fixed numerous times, but they did not address the issue. -This hotel does not have its own reception, you need to go next door to the larger hotel for check-in and any questions -Very poor quality towels and linens -Rolladen were bizarre and would open automatically early in the morning, then suddenly not work at all later in the day. I'm mostly tempted to rate 2 stars, but a few staff members provided very good service, and the location made up for some deficiencies.

My husband and I were not very satisfied with our stay in the apartment. We were given only one set of towels for two of us. at our request to give another set at the reception, everyone politely wrote down but never sent towels. during the three weeks of our stay, the floors in the room were never washed. so we rate your services as a triple

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
