A nice small place in a fairly deserted big resort development. There seems to be many of these types of places dotted around PQ, especially on the more western facing side of the island. They are often located away from town, in what feel like wasteland around the resorts, many of which are in states of ongoing or abandoned construction. There is a big hotel in this area, but you cannot use it for a breakfast before 11am, as it's for residents only and there are no signs indicating this. However, Sailing club looks to be more accessible, though we didn't eat there. If you are staying in one of the smaller guest house hotels here, you can use the massive sized free for all swimming pool. Many of these resort places have a kind of post apocalyptic feel about them, as they are very quiet and have a slightly eery feel about them.

The hotel is very well located in the Phu Quoc Marina and just 2 minutes from the beach. The hotel is clean and modern, the employees always change the towels and clean the room daily. The staff is very friendly and will gladly help you whenever you need it. I would like to thank once again Leo (the best employee of this hotel) and Ngaan (God Boy 😁) and Neti. For sure if I go back to Phu Quoc I will return to the same hotel.

Super easy to check in, and check out. The hotel has motorbike parking space infront of hotel. The hotel is super brand new. Everything is super new. Felt like a 5 star hotel with superb price tag. Only downside, eatery are quiet expensive. Cheaper ones are quiet a walk or motorbike ride. This is amazing place to stay with stunning beach front

This is like a five star resort. This is nicer than five star resorts I’ve stayed at in Mexico. The staff here are so nice. They speak perfect English, and were able to help me get a motorbike no problem. You will want a motorbike or car for this location. I love everything about the hotel here. The bed, towels, staff, swimming pool (the big one in the pictures), and facility is super nice. I stayed here 9 nights. Totally would recommend. Can have breakfast at Bliss hotel or Anna hotel next door for 4$ dollars or 100000 dong. You are good proximity to beach town, sao beach, and the main town area.

Really nice hotel. Also the staff are very welcoming and helpful. Hope to visit Phu Quoc again and stay at Myrtle Boutique Hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
