        The only issue is some people living here and their "habits". There were reports of people leaving rubbish in the lifts and sometimes you can see some stains in the lifts. Some people leave rubbish at the entrance of the rubbish bin room, simply lazy to walk to the bins and throwing it into the bins, instead leaving rubbish bags near entrance and blocking the passage to the bins. Had some issues with heating, problem was sorted by Mount Anvil quickly. Overall great living here, nice place, Canary Wharf and Stratford are near, lots of walking routes, Tesco Superstore nearby, nearest tube station 4 minutes walk, concierge are helpful, apartment build quality is quite high. Developer did a quite nice job here, no complaints.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
