I really enjoyed staying here, we were on the 4th floor and had an awesome view from the balcony 💛 the elevator was adorably small. The location was awesome and very walkable to shops and transit. Easy check in with codes that were sent to us beforehand. The space was clean and up to date. Would stay here again!

I think you are totally right MyStay Porto Batalha, i should have said something to give 2 stars. Basically i had no internet password on my room and neither on the hall, i really searched everything and searcherd on the internet and found that normally its on the desk the password, but it wasant. The pladour walls should be stronger, becasuse you can hear everything from the other rooms. And to finish at the morning the energy went down and we had no energy for about an hour.

Small room, well equipped given the space constraints. The smallest two persons elevator I've seen in Europe (instant service if anything happens with it /English speaking communication). Great breakfast /best offer in town for the price. Wonderful, helpful, and knowledgeable people. There is no real parking on site.

I don't normally write Google reviews but I feel like I need to write this because I had a terrible experience and I do not recommend the hotel to anyone. The hotel is located in a small, quite dodgy alley and there were a lot of steep slopes and stairs to get there. When I arrived at the hotel, there was no one and I was unable to enter. There was a sign at the hotel saying that there is self check in and details would have been sent to my email before I arrived. However I did not receive any email. A kind lady (who is a hotel guest) happened to see me and let me in, and shared that she had a similar terrible experience trying to check into the hotel because she hadn't gotten the check in details either. I waited outside for half an hour in a storm and pouring rain with my luggage while trying to call the hotel. After a long time, the hotel called me back and sent me check in details but at this point I had already racked up a massive bill from international roaming calls. Shortly after, I received a message from my bank saying that my credit card (which I used to book the hotel) had been compromised and there were unauthorised transactions of over USD$1000. I then had to contact my bank to get my credit card blocked and replaced and obviously this caused me great distress and put a dent on the rest of my vacation plans. Also the room is small. No toiletries are provided. You can literally hear your neighbours talking and walking around their rooms, as if they are walking in your room. I whatsapped the hotel to give feedback but they did not respond. There is literally no staff to help you. Avoid at all costs.

Good location. The room was clean and spacious just for two. The staff was very gracious. The issues we had with the hotel came from the fact that our room was at the bottom floor, so right next to the dining room and there was never any sun coming into the room so it was so humid all the time. That, plus the noise from the dining room is not something we appreciated at all. Nor the fact that since the beginning of May I received ....15 emails from the hotel. I saw quite a lot of comments on that and I think you should take it into consideration as it is annoying and not informative to get that many informations just for...nothing.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
