        Perfect overall. If you plan on spending most of your time visiting areas of attractions and need a clean place to rest your head, then this is the perfect hotel! Easy checking in experience, as you get the code for the front door and your room code prior to check in via email, message. Room was in excellent condition and very well cleaned. Provided us with a bottle of water and tea ( nice touch). Location was in center of town therefore not missing anything... easy to walk everywhere. Check out was a breeze, place your "please clean room," message on the door. For the price, location and cleaniness it's definitely getting 5 stars. Would stay here again! Excellent overall!

        Unfortunately I did not have a good stay in this hotel. The single room where I stayed was nice but the ceiling in the shower was totally covered by mould because of the damp. Moreover there was a strong smell of bleach in the attempt to cover the smell. Even the hand shower was covered of mould. I was very disappointed, I paid more than 70 Euro one night and I didn't even have the possibility to take a shower. When I reported the issue to the customer care (no reception, only online service) asking to change room, they simply apologized for the inconvenience without taking any measure, no change, no refund, no compensation. Terrible experience, if you want to stay in a healthy and hygienic environment I definetely don't recommend this accomodation.

        They check-in process, cleanliness of the room and the location are great. However, the bed width in the double room is 140cm, which is rather a large 1-person bed. I would not recommend this place for a long stay, one night may be tolerable.

        Great location but we had issues with the room and upon messaging the staff they said somebody would come out to fix it but nobody ever did. Shower kept getting extremely hot every 10 seconds making it difficult to shower. Bathroom door was also stuck fully open and didn’t move. After I checked out, I was asked about my stay and I informed them I wasn’t happy that they told me someone would come out and fix these things but nobody showed up. I received a response from Carlos Benigno telling me that my issues ‘were not that serious’ Pretty unprofessional response!

        The room itself was great. That’s the only part. Check in was at 4:00PM which they only tell you after booking. I reached at 1:00PM, tried to whatsapp / call / email them and got no answer. I came back at 4:00PM with my luggage only to find out that the password they gave me to enter the building was wrong. They also gave me the wrong room information by email. I only got the correct information to access the room around 5:30PM, when a local managed to reach the “hotel”. Someone else had a similar experience at the same time, but I talked to a few people who had a smoother experience. Also, the wifi is terrible. Never again.
