We absolutely loved our stay at Mystique. Service was amazing, staff was helpful. Every afternoon we would return to our room and there would be fresh fruit filled waters and bite sized desserts awaiting us. It's quiet amd not overcrowded. We always had lounge chairs available by the pool. My only complaint at the pool is that drinks were super expensive, to the tune of $24-$28 each. We did get complimentary breakfast each day, and it was delicious! Be forewarned...if you have heart/lung issues, or are elderly/feeble, this is not the place for you, unless you can request a room at the very top. The hotel is built into the side of the cliffs. Our villa was pretty close to the bottom, and the trek up to the street each day was tough!!! Steep steps, and rough cobblestone. Ladies, no heels!! I was SO grateful to the gentlemen who packed our luggage in and out for us. My suitcase was nearly 70 pounds, and my husband's nearly 50. They carried the suitcases on their shoulders like it was no big deal. Impressive!

Our elopement and stay at Mystique was a dream. Dimitra, our wedding planner, helped to create the most beautiful and seamless day. From the floral arrangement, assisting with finding a hair and makeup person, private dinner, and of course the pictures she took were even better than we ever could have imagined. The property is stunning with breathtaking views of the caldera made this one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed.

This hotel offers one of the best views in Santorini and free breakfast. I’m an Ambassador and have stayed at many hundreds of Marriott hotels, so I do have a clue. The reason I am giving it a 1-star review is because: •This is more like a 3-star hotel with a view. The rooms are very expensive but this is not a 5-star experience. •The hotel staff made us feel uncomfortable during our stay multiple times, the overall vibe was more rude than inviting, although there were exceptions. •The food at the Lure was extremely overpriced and the quality of all the dining options was not worth the price. •After reading other reviews here about the staff stealing belongings, we were anxious about anyone entering our room during our stay. •We were happy to depart this hotel after a beautiful, but uncomfortable experience.

It was our first time in Greece and we selected this property using our Marriott points as Platinum Elite members. The hotel was very responsive via email before our arrival and assisted with us with booking a private transfer via Mercedes Van to the hotel. The transfer van driver was waiting for us at the airport gate on landing. Upon arrival to the hotel check in they upgraded us to a beautiful and private cliff side Wet Allure suite with outdoor hot tub. We arrived very early in the morning and the room was still being prepared so while we waited they took us to the complimentary a La carte breakfast restaurant which has a fantastic offering of hot and cold dishes. After breakfast we sat by the pool which overlooks the Aegean Sea and the waiter brought us over two complimentary cocktails and told us to just “enjoy and relax”as he knew we were waiting for our room. Once the room was ready which was still well before the regularly scheduled check in time we were sent champagne, chocolate cake and a beautiful hand written welcome note. Overall this property and more importantly its staff are very friendly, hospitable and work to go above and beyond for their guests. I would 10/10 recommend this property as a Platinum Elite member and recommend the island of Santorini to anyone looking for the finest world wide destinations.

My recent stay at Mystique Hotel in Santorini was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the sheer beauty and tranquility of this property. The rooms are a true sanctuary, offering breathtaking views of the caldera and the sparkling Aegean Sea. The attention to detail in the room's design and amenities was impeccable, providing a comfortable and luxurious retreat. The culinary experience at Mystique is a journey in itself. The food was consistently exceptional. Attentive staff made dining a true pleasure. Whether it was breakfast with a view, a romantic dinner, or a casual lunch by the pool, the cuisine always exceeded my expectations. The hotel's facilities were equally impressive. The infinity pool with its panoramic views of the sea is a highlight. It's an ideal spot to relax and take in the sunsets that Santorini is famous for. The spa, with its range of treatments, added to the overall feeling of indulgence and relaxation. The staff at Mystique were gracious and accommodating, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was perfect. They truly understand the art of hospitality, and their attention to detail was evident throughout my visit. In conclusion, I can't recommend Mystique Hotel enough. Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
