We stayed here for 2 nights. The rooms are small but very clean and the bathroom was modern and renovated. The shower was excellent. The location was perfect and within walking distance to all the Rome touristic spots. I’m not sure why but you can’t control the AC from the room. The control screen is locked and you have to call the receptionist every time you want to turn the AC on/off or even change the temperature. This is very annoying and hotel needs to find a solution for this ASAP. This is the only reason I’m not giving 5 stars. Last suggestion will be to add more exterior signage to guide guests to the hotel. The building entrance is thru a courtyard and is not easy to find once the taxi leaves you on the side street for the first time.

Warning!!!!!!! Do not stay here. Hotel has some type of mold issue. Walls are badly warped and rooms are very dusty. I have allergies and could barely sleep at night due to the severe mold and dust build up in the rooms it was very hard for me and my Wife to breath at night. I requested another room and the desk person told me that it would cost me more money to switch my room. I asked after one night of staying if I could be refunded and checkout for my last two nights, but they declined and said I would not be refunded. The hotel appliances and look of Hotel is up to date but I believe they are covering up a mold infestation. The hotel was not accommodating in any way. I also had a suspicious hole in the ceiling of my room and requested a new room on Day 1 but was denied. The desk person was only able to cover the hole up with a piece of tape. Save your time and money and learn from my mistake of staying here at this poor Hotel.

Hard to find. No signage anywhere in the area showing you that there is a hotel here. Barely a sign outside of the building. This was the only hotel that I’ve ever been in that required full payment at check in. This hotel has very nice rooms. The staff is not friendly at all. Not discourteous in any way, but not friendly at all. The a/c is controlled by the hotel check in desk and so you need to make sure that they set it properly. If you leave your room & take the key card out of the holder in the room the a/c resets to 28 degrees which necessitates you calling down to the lobby desk to ask for them to turn it back down. That’s a total pain! As opposed to other hotels we’ve stayed at in Italy even the water in the fridge is not free. It’s the little things that I found annoying at this hotel. If they would get rid of these small annoyances & become friendly, it could be a super place! On a positive note, it’s a great location, very modern, great beds and showers. Great water pressure, very clean. Quiet area.

Do not stay here. Gave the hotel a chance to give us a refund but they refused. So here I am. Location is great since it is right across the river from trastevere and easily 10 minutes to the sites like the pantheon and colliseum on the east side of the river. The bad? Dust that makes my sinus clog, black mold in the wallpaper, sounds of water running in the pipes all night, refrigerator not working, walls that are not soundproof.

Pros- Great location and service from the staff .( specifically Federico- John- Mark and Joy) Free Breakfast is a plus and most importantly the rooms are clean. Cons- the hotel itself is located in an area that is questionable, the entrance and the way to get there is sooo sketchy. You can actually hear everything on other rooms and even the lobby area. This is more for college kids looking for a cheap alternative.
