        I lived in an apartment in Rua Cha for 4 month and both the room, location and service were amazing. The cleaning service was super reliable and for any question or little matter Barbara was there and took care of it - plus I learned a lot about the city and the life there through our little chats. I can wholehardetly recommend a stay here and will for sure come back myself!

        We booked this spot through Expedia, which booked it through Vrbo. The check in experience is more like a hotel check-in than your typical short-term rental arrangement. Barbara was in touch via email and then Whatsapp, and when we met her at check in she gave us a full overview of the city with recommendations for restaurants and things to see. Her English was perfect as well. The apartment is exactly as advertised, someone has spent a lot of money on these - it's beautiful, and well stocked with all the necessary things (just need to add your own cheese and wine!). The location is good as well, walking distance to the main tourist points in the city. We loved our stay in Porto, and this apartment was the perfect spot to explore the city from. Thank you!

        I lived in an apartment in Rua Cha for 4 month and both the room, location and service were amazing.         The apartment is quite large, completely renovated. Modern bathroom with plenty of hot water. Full kitchen. The location is excellent, on a very quiet and local street, but close to everything. Barbara, who serves guests, is very friendly and gives all the advice to make the most of the city. 100% recommendable.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
