        this is the most dirty untidy messy hotel I ever met within my life so far, their old equipment seems from ice age, floor didn't get mopped, bathroom is without clean water, people hang clothes out of room, service is quite arrogant and slow, but they charge money super soon, they charge money immediately and I can't cancel the order at all.

        room like maintenance room bathroom so bad lamp at sink (wastafel) is broken The drain in the bathroom is clogged swift on/off is broken wardrobe broken NO REMOTE AC in the room, how can I setting the temperature??? too much broken in this room I stay in 308, the best bad experience. I know, maybe this old property with the cheaper price but no make sense if you sell the room with all facilities broken. and then I contact the receptionist regarding bathroom, OH I'm so surprised, they said cannot repaired and they give me the option 1. Give my money back (REFUND) 2. or stay at this room with this condition (BROKEN ROOM) is so surprised for me, no solution from them and them just said about REFUND REFUND REFUND the money. All of them said like that, and the condition is too late for search another hotel with time 23.39 they want to give me refund and I must go out from this hotel, you can image that in the late at night they want I go out. for staff HK in this hotel , I don't mean to offend you. I'm do apologize if I mad to you, I'm just Unbelieveable with this situation. even though the cheaper hotel in north Jakarta, but NOT RECOMMENDED hotel. I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED !!!         I got room 209 on my stay.. The room was very old.. The air flow was very bad if you not open the window.. Even tho the water heater are fine, but the water flow are very low.. U can take 1 hour to take bath .. The water sink are not working! you can create a mini pool inside the bathroom.. The closet water and the spayer jet flush, cames out with the brown colour water... The bedding are old but still nice to slept.. The bed are a bit smelly.. The tv still using analog and a lot of ants running.. The wifi are sometime increase in latency.. But yet if ure loking hotel at harmoni you might try here are fine..
