        Fake pics in sites of booking. Bad location. Old. Abandoned. Dirty. Very bad WIFI connection. Poor caudal of water in toilet. Dirty towels. Dirty sheets. Bad smelly room. Lots of mosquitoes. If you don't want waste your time and your money, better don't book this hotel.

        All the staff they have good smiling , but room so messy . Even I found hole of hairy and also have plastic condom in my room . Unbelievable I can't even imagine . My first room so messy not even clean I found step shoes in my floor I found hairs in the corner below the desk . Omg 😱 then I changed the room look better but still mess the floor not cleaning . I found plastic condom fiesta yellow colour . So disappointed.

        Very bad hotel I've ever found. I'm checkin and got room 205 when I arrive at the room it was a messy room, they don't clean it up yet. So I go down again with a full baggage to change room, then I got room at the 5th floor which is the room can't be lock and the electricity don't work, then I decide to cancel it because the first impression was verry bad. Giving a room that can't be locked was a very dangerous, bad hotel

        The hotel was actually okay, but I don't know why, I booked a double bed room via Pegi Pegi app and I got a twin bed room! It's so annoying and the receptionist's attitude made it worse. She even can't explain why I got a different room from the one I booked. No smile at all. I was trying to accept the situation but almost lost my temper because of the towels condition, which were so bad. When I called the house keeping, the dude answer me impolitely. Speechless with the service. The TV channels were many and the AC was working and an acceptable bathroom were the only reasons I put more than one star here.

        Went there with my fam few days ago. Spacey room in deluxe class...BUT : Bad facilities, such as... No tissue in a hotel room No tissue in dining table Only fried rice for breakfast Leaked bathroom No tooth brush No tooth paste No room sandals Staff's ommunication skill are bad. For a short break, this hotel may be ok. But certainly not for longer period.
