We had a terrible experience from this hotel. As soon as I entered my room, the main light didn't work. After trying to turn off and on, it eventually worked. I went to sleep and in the next morning the light still didn't work! This time, it didn't turn on no matter how many times I tried. And even worse, I wanted to take a shower before checking out. So while I'm with shampoo on my hair, soap on my whole body, guess what? The water decides to stop flowing. Are you serious??? These kinds of things are nightmare materials. I was shocked. This never ever happened to me, nor I ever heard someone experienced it in any hotel. So while I was waiting patiently, the shampoo and soap soaked in my scalp and body and I have a sensitive skin so I had to wash it off so I tried the sink tap but even this didn't have water. What kind of hotel shuts off the water in the morning casually without letting their guests know? Eventually, after almost crying out of frustration, the water came back. I finished my shower and wanted to get dressed, but the light was too weak since the main light didn't work! So I found something to wear randomly and checked out as soon as I could. They clearly don't have proper maintenance there, and go figure maybe they have many other issues in other rooms too. By the way, my friend who stayed in the room next to me experienced exactly the same issues. I sent an email to the hotel following this terrible experience and am still awaiting the hotel's response.

This hotel in the west side of Frankfurt is the perfect place for a night waiting for your flight. Rooms are new, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is ok, and service is friendly. Position is a good compromise: you are few minutes from the airport, but you can also easily go downtown (lot of public transportation options nearby). Pay attention to not miss the entrance when you arrive!

Good value/stay at NAAM Frankfurt overall. There was an issue with my reservation (which seemed to be their fault), but they were able to rectify the issue in about 15 minutes. Rooms were clean, as pictured. Front desk staff were friendly and professional. Kept our bags safe for a few hours after check out. Has a moderate amount of free parking on site (we got the last spot) but they had back up plans if needed (it would be impossible to find a street parking spot in the area - way too many cars). Not much around the place itself, about a 10-15 minute drive into the heart of Frankfurt.

We stayed at NAAM Hotel & Apartments the night before our flight. We chose this hotel due to the proximity to the airport (10 min drive) and it offered free parking, breakfast, and WIFI. The front desk staff was incredibly nice and hospitable. We rated this room 4/5 stars because of a few small points. The room was clean, but smelled heavily of cleaning products / perfume to the point we had to leave the windows open for ~30 minutes to air it out. This did the trick, but it was quite chilly for late November to have the windows open. Other small negatives included the shower head (broken - had to hold it up, or just use the waterfall shower on the ceiling), thin walls at night and heard lots of neighbors, and a very tight parking lot. Even so, we would stay here again if we need a hotel near the airport (without paying airport prices).

Really nice rooms at a good price. Friendly staff. The location is in the suburbs but it’s only about 15 min to the Hauptbahnhof. The breakfast was extra delicious. And you have a really nice garden areas at the hotel. Only con was that the mattress could be a little better.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
