We had the pleasure of staying at "Nadir Home" in Marrakech, and it truly exceeded our expectations. This riad is a haven of beauty and tranquility, offering the perfect escape after a bustling day exploring the city. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during the warm days, and the breakfast was consistently delightful. What truly sets the "Nadir Home" apart, though, is the exceptional hospitality provided by the host. During a recent earthquake in Morocco, the host went above and beyond to ensure our safety and well-being. His kindness and assistance during this challenging time left a lasting impression. In summary, the "Nadir Home" is a stunning retreat in Marrakech with all the comforts you need, but it's the warmth and support of the host that make it a standout choice. Highly recommended for an unforgettable stay in Marrakech.

Wrong address on Google Maps. With this information almost impossible to find as it is hidden in the streets of Marrakech. Very traditional and super clean place. Enjoyed it a lot. Sometimes very loud due to no isolation in the rooms. Breakfast is good but needs some changes as it is everyday the same. Recommended for a short stay. If you arrive by plane and you book the shuttle service be aware of high prices. At least the double price of a normal taxi. And somehow you have to pay in euros?? Just don’t book it at the hotel. Taxis are everywhere. We had a nice stay but the scam with the taxi was a little bit too much.

This is a beautiful, quaint little riad which is intricately decorated. The rooms are clean, well furnished and all amenities are provided. However, for me the best thing about this place was the host, Mr. Abdul Raheem; kind, extremely helpful and concerned. The location is wrongly marked on google maps, but I would recommend to get in touch with Mr. Raheem to guide you directly to the Riad. Highly recommended.

It's a very nice, friendly, quiet place in the middle of the medina. Yes, it is hard to find first, also because it's marked incorrectly on the map. But if you don't intend to use airport transfer service (which I recommend), try searching for 'Riad & Spa Esprit du Maroc'. It's the direct neighbour of this nice riad, that way you can find the entrance. (I took a photo of the street's entrance, it's next to Ben Youssef Mosque as far as I remember.)

Impossible to find, they give zero instructions on how to get there, when we finally found with the help of a local the entrance was in renovation, the Nadir Home sign is tiny and the location horrible. The woman who opened the gate for us did not speak a word of French or English.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
