        Stayed in a Deluxe Double Room, Garden View, Ground Floor. Pros; Housekeeping staff is kind and trying to do their best despite of absence of front desk. Cons; No shampoo or body gel provided. Only hand soap (confirmed by housekeeping). Uninvited coach roaches visit to the room at night due to undeveloped field ("garden") across the room. Bedding, linen and sheets are clean, however a deep cleaning hasn't been done for a long time. Spider webs are all around the windows frame and ceiling corners. No front desk staff present on site. No "Free welcome drink" provided as advertised. TV was not functioning.

        Very nice host, and great rooms. The pool was very spacious, and had underwater barstools, which I've never seen before. The only problem with the rooms was the smell of cleaning supplies in every room. There was free waters and cleaning services available as well. I believe it was 50$ a night.

        We stayed here as an Airbnb as a party of 4. The apartment was beautiful and the customer service was very prompt. The owner gave us an extra night free because the pool had not been cleaned. So kind of him! Highly recommend

        He had a pleasant stay. The room was great, spacious and clean. The manager of the complex is very nice and made sure everything was fine for us. Due to the coronavirus, he gave us the last updates regarding local restrictions (we had some difficulties finding the latest information online because everything can change from one day to the next).

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
