Nagila Hotel in Danang exceeded my expectations in every aspect, making it a standout choice for anyone seeking a memorable stay. The customer service was exceptional, with a friendly and attentive staff always ready to assist. Their genuine hospitality made me feel truly valued. The food at Nagila was a culinary delight. The restaurant served a wide array of delicious dishes, catering to various tastes and dietary preferences. Each meal was a gastronomic adventure, and I couldn't get enough of their offerings. The convenience of the hotel's location is a significant advantage. It's strategically situated, providing easy access to key attractions, the beach, and the city center. My family's first family trip to Đà Nẵng was incredible primarily due to the incredible service at Nagila. The staff is attentive and professional, the breakfast buffet is plentiful, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the pool spoils its guests with a 360 sky line view of the city. Simply the best experience at Nagila, thank you :)

Rooms were very good. The service was really bad. The morning receptionist did not know basic English. Our stay felt terrible trying to communicate whatever services we wanted. She could not understand basic English and she was answering something else which I couldn't understand. On contrary, the night receptionist was very helpful. But most of our interaction was with the morning receptionist. No use having a premium hotel with bad service. The hotel staff were really good and helpful. There is no good room service like housekeeping or restraunt . Teach your staff some basic English atleast. .

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
