From the outside it didn't look like much, but the suite is sweet, huge king bed, sofa, & dining table withon tatami floor with extra futon nearby... they were also very accommodating since checkout was at the same time as many of my virtual business meetings. Highest recommendation from me to stay in the 5F the suite!

If you want to stay in a traditional Japanese room in Tokyo for a good price, I think this is a good place. It is less than 2 minutes walk from Mikawashima station, therefore it is relatively far from the tourist places of Tokyo and you will surely have to change trains in Nippori or Ueno. The room can be cleaned every day, which is not very common in Japan. It caught our attention that there were not always people at the reception. There are several places to eat at low prices in the area (Ramen at 500 yen, a total bargain in 2023). It caught our attention that there were not always people at the reception.

We had 5 days 4 nights staying at this wonderful hotel. The amenities are well provided, Japanese style bed (tatami) and dining table. The hotel cleanliness is satisfactory. Not forgetting it's superb location which is 1 mins from Mikawashima station, Aeon & 7 /11 convenient store, Sukiya restaurant and drug store. Well recommended hotel.

Close to everything in reasonable price. The room is so comfortable especially King suite room. So impressed with all staffs are friendly and willing to help all the time.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
