Wow what a beautiful experience! The private onsen had a stunning view of mountains and was outside with a covered area. Dinner and breakfast services were bountiful and delicious. Absolutely worth the money. What an amazing way to kick off a trip to Japan.

If you are looking for an Onsen (温泉) inn around Hakone, please consider 和の宿華ごころ! My family and I had a pleasant time here. It wasn't the most English speaking tourist friendly, but the overall experience was splendid. The interior of the room was very cozy and the food was amazing! We were very fortunate to have assigned an English speaking staff.

On our recent trip to Japan we wanted to experience staying at a ryokan, along with sleeping on tatami mats, eating traditional Japanese foods and wear the appropriate slippers while respecting the Japanese culture and way of life. We did all of this here along with enjoying our private secluded relaxing onsen! We had a truly memorable stay here with warmth hospitality given to all of us by our host and all of the staff. With separate bedrooms along with a siting room that opened onto a balcony with a view of the mountains, a powder room for getting changed into our kimono’s to a little kitchen with a small fridge with complimentary beers, soft drink and bottled water, our room was spacious and perfect! The toilet was separated from the bathroom which was convenient. We all loved our stay at the Hanagokora Yamadaya Ryokan! Arigato gozaimashita

I had an amazing time at the ryokan. The personnel was very friendly. I think there are a limited number of rooms, so the experience was cozy and personalized. If you visit Hakone, I'd recommend you spend as much time as possible in the ryokan to enjoy the baths and the relaxing atmosphere.

The room is fabulous, large and the mountain view of Autumn leaves are unforgettable. The staff is also very accommodating! The private hot spring bath is in a separate room with beautiful valley view.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
