Very nice Hotel, only a 5 minute walk away from the beach and stores. The staff was very friendly and always trying to help. The rooms are big and the bed is very comfy. You also have a nice and clean pool, a restaurant and a small bar. Scooters can be rented there as well. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and we are looking forward to coming back.

Unfortunately we didn’t have a good experience with the resort. Booked a 4 night stay for just under 5000 thb through booking. Upon arrival my husband had spotted something that looked and smelled like feces. He spoke to the owner who suggested to swap the rooms. However this kind of issue puts the customer off the stay completely and he asked for a refund. According to the owner this was not possible and the reservation through booking was nonrefundable either. Giving up on the money, my husband stayed in the nearby hotel with better facilities and hygiene for the similar cost. So I would recommend staying there instead. Giving an extra star as the owner acknowledged the issue and was apologetic, however the problem could’ve been handled in a better way.

It was a great experience. Lived here during one month. Great reception staff. Great cleaning staff. Girls make their work pretty fast and clean the rooms every day. Fat cat was my best friend here coming every morning. Nai Harn is nearby. Breakfast are perfect. Thanks for all

I was here for my Honeymoon(or part of) in Nov 2023. I chose it because of the good reviews it had before. Rooms very spacious, BIG SOFT COZY BEDS, balcony space with the cabanas also great. The cabanas though, they basically stayed wet & wasn’t as enjoyable as it rained everyday a little & the covering is just not sufficient. The breakfast is the same every morning, a tweek here and there and maybe something different on a Sunday. The food in the hotel costs more than the restaurants right outside the hotel. On that point, on the beach(Nai Harn Beach) or just off the beach you will see fruit stalls, a massage shop, and restaurants. The food is good and affordable to eat alot. There is also a restaurant called ‘On the Rock’ which also is in the opposite direction of the beach. Also more affordable than eating at the hotel everyday. The service of Thai people is top tier thats for sure. And u don’t get any energy like “ugh i hate my job”. Friendly & calm so please tip when u can. I have to mention Bow from the restaurant(i really hope its the right name.) She is attentive, attractive(all of them are), informative, and sweet. BIG UP BOW EVERYTIME!!( this is what Jamaicans say as respect). So many respects to Bow and the customer service team. Now to get to the vibe. So basically I’m 31, husband is 44, I expected more entertainment. In the Caribbean and Mexico we have people called entertainment coordinators that basically walk around and engage with guests. You would see traditional things on some days, you will have games some days, competitions & maybe just ads for the show later on. Yes i know maybe they just want u to come and chill. But just saying, this is what would’ve made it better for me. There was a South African singer that was there and he comes in peak times i think. But that was just advertised in the elevator on a small poster, which I didn’t even read thoroughly until a few days after i got thete. So to not beat around the bush anymore. Its very vanilla, not very trendy in terms of vibes. And just older people kinda vibes. Almost like a Sandals lol if u get me. You have to go out and create your own vibes. I wont go back but it was still a good experience. And i love Thailand and all its people.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and bed is comfortable. You can also rent a scooter straight from the resort. Makes getting around and exploring very simple and without hassles.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
