This is the location you have to stay when in Hoi An. The rooms are so beautiful, clean & spacious. The breakfast is super delicious with such a wide range of fresh food. To top it off every person who worked in this cute villa were 10/10 customer service. I felt I was staying with family, they were all so friendly and gave me such fantastic advice for my short time I was in Hoi an. I did a fantastic cooking course the beautiful women at reception suggested and she organised the whole thing for me. I could not be happier with my stay here. I look forward to coming back and staying in this fantastic space. Thankyou to all of the beautiful staff and owner for creating this amazing space.

This place was incredible and we had a really happy few nights there. The room was brilliant and clean and we had an amazing balcony. The pool was wonderful and breakfast too. The free bikes really boosted our experience and I was grateful they let me take the moped out. The best thing about this place was the staff - they gave us great advice and were so friendly. Thanks for everything

This Hotel is exactly what you need on a holiday, the rooms are super spacious and clean. The breakfast is amazing! Beautiful swimming pool And I can't be more happy with the service that the lady at the reception gave it to us, she knows how to make you feel at home. Rooms and bed 10/10 Service 10/10 Breakfast 10/10 If one day I go back to Hoi An I will stay here.

The location of the hotel is a bit outside. We knew that and it was absolutely fine. The rooms are large, bright and very clean. We really liked the balcony and the pool on the roof is a nice extra. The staff is unfortunately very pushy. It's nice when staff are attentive and friendly, but here they are pushy and push small talk on you every time you come into the lobby, even if you are in a hurry because you ordered a taxi. Sensitivity is simply lacking here. The breakfast is not good. We did not eat breakfast in the hotel and preferred to have breakfast outside.

Lovely rooms (clean and big) with friendly and helpful staff. But SUPER noisy (most of the rooms are facing a very busy road so lots of revving mopeds and beeping of horns) so 3 broken nights sleep. It’s a 25 min bike ride to the beach, and 15 mins to the main tourist drag, bikes are free, it’s fun, but when it’s raining the location is a pain. Very noisy rooms, the pictures of the ‘garden’ are really a tree in the front and scrubland across the road…

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
