We loved our stay here. As a family of 4 travelling through the country we were so happy to find this conveniently located and comfortable hotel. Close to the harbour. Soft beds. Hot water. Delicious breakfast. All the staff were so friendly. Dong Hoi is a beautiful city. The architecture is so nice. Laundry service was also cost efficient and great! Thanks for hosting us!

Very nice room at a nice price (vnd 350,000 double room ~ Nov 2023). Super clean, plenty of space, windows at 2 sides of the corner, big toilet, parking at opposite sidewalk, quiet neighbourhood, closed to restaurants (ask the owner for directions).

Firstly, the extreme kindness of Hana, the hotel's owner! Our night bus was expected to arrive at 3am, and she had accepted this very late check-in. We've finally arrived at 5am and she was here with her sympathetic smile. Then, she organised our bus journey better than we could expect. She is really good at it! The room was very clean, with a nice seaview. The hotel is very well placed, near the sea front and center town. Breakfast are good. Also, she speaks well English, making easier communication. Possibility of rent motorbike and laundry service. I recommend without thinking!

Very conveniently located family hotel with super kind & helpful staff! My train arrived at 5:45 am in the morning, in the pouring rain. Not only the hotel owner helped to arrange pickup for me at such early time, they checked me in right away at 6am! i was also able to order some hot breakfast before heading out for a cave tour day. Rooms are spacious and clean. The owner and staff has a very relaxing & flexible vibe, which I truly enjoy. There is also an amazing seafood restaurant just around the corner (3 min walk). For the price, I think this is a great deal!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
