        The hotel was located at a very nice location. Just walking distance from the most famous spots. The service was a bit poor, beacUe there is no one at concierge after 1-2 pm so you have to manage things on your own. The lift was not working. We had to carry our luggage till upstairs without any help.

        Great location in the upmarket and quiet street of Margutta. Close to many attractions but away from all the hustle and bustle. Felt like a very safe and well maintained area of Rome. Rooms were very modern and luxuriously styled but not very large. Concierge and staff were very helpful throughout our stay. Would recommend and stay again.

        Worst stay ever, all the good reviews are fake and probably posted by the owner This is not a hotel as advertised, it’s an Airbnb Very dirty room, there is no staff on site, no reception. Location is impossible to find and there is no parking nearby. Air condition was not working, I got stuck twice in the elevator which is very unsafe and outdated. Safe yourself the headache and stay somewhere else.

        Great location in the upmarket and quiet street of Margutta. Close to many attractions but away from all the hustle and bustle. Felt like a very safe and well maintained area of Rome.         Everything about this small, cozy and luxurious boutique hotel is just right. From the location and the very warm welcome at check in to the impeccable room. We were welcomed as friends and not as guests. You also can’t fault the location, a very quiet and chique area only a stone’s throw away from the Spanish steps. To the Naman team: thanks for your hospitality and friendliness! Hope to see you soon again!

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
