I stay here in oct 2023. Horrible. The carpet is dirty, some rooms also used for stock room. Some rooms also has a "moisture" smell. The staffs (especially the receptionist) are harsh, they don't care, seems like angry all the time and not helping at all. Around this hotel there are a lot of another hotel. This one is the worst. So better you choose another.

The hotel looks better in the pictures than in reality. The rooms are very old and outdated and a major renovation would be required. My room had a balcony which is very rare in Guangzhou. The location is excellent however being very close to Shamian island and few minutes away from the subway station. The service is good and the receptionists speak basic English. Airport dropoff is available upon request.

I booked for 3 days but this is the worst hotel in my life. Staff is not nice and doesn't give solutions. Rooms are not clean and cockroaches can be seen all over the place. It has a big water problem everyday in morning. The place is used for keeping stock and other things. Very bad experience.

Worst hotel in the world! It's better you sleep outside on the street than this hotel. It's full of cockroach, insects and mouses. We told the staff and they didn't care. They were so annoying and angery. We leaved the hotel mid night and found a much better place. Don't trust the pictures and discribtion from the hotel!

very worst exeperience i had in my life the reception staff is very harsh. Very un mannered and misbehave during check-in as i want to early check-in after requested in my booking she said no and ask some money for same.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
