We are super happy we stayed 3 nights in Nan house. What we like the most here is the feeling of a family business that love what they do, everyone did the best to make us feel good. The staffs and family were helpful with all the questions we had. If you are in the area and looking for a hotel, we highly recommend Nan House - Tam Coc. The room has minimal yet beautiful decoration, spacious, clean and comfy. Having the breakfast with a nice view on the mountains and lotus lake is just perfect to start the day. We could use the bicycles to visit some famous places and going to the restaurants on the main road which is super convenient and nice for us. We like the little attention they have toward customers like the herbal foot bath we can do after a good day of visit. The swimming pool also is nice, we like to relax there in the evening just before the foot bath :)

Very nice, quaint, family owned hotel. Owners are wonderful and so helpful. Very local feel. It is a bit off the main road of downtown making it slightly inconvenient to walk downtown. But the hotel does provide free bikes which is less than a 5 min bike ride away. Actually kinda liked it was away from the hustle of the main road. Room is big, clean, beautiful green space around the hotel. Only downside is hot water needs to be switched on 20mins before, and I think hot water in shower was only lasting about 5mins~. Other than that the stay was great, and I would recommend staying here and supporting locally owned small business. Free homemade breakfast included, made by family!

Amazing, truly Amazing. We have travelled around Asia and have never experienced such kind and caring service. Very friendly and helpful English-speaking family owners. The hotel is beautiful with large rooms, surrounding by a zen style pool. Located in a quiet area and only ten minutes walk from town with lots of restaurants and massage spots... We would recommend this hotel and will definitely come back here when visiting Tam Coc next time!

We had such a lovely stay here that we ended up staying an additional night as the place is so beautiful. The rooms are cozy, lot of nature around and the sisters who run the place are so nice. They arranged a taxi for us to sightsee the next day at a good price, accommodated our dietary restrictions and even let us keep our suitcase after checkout for free. The rooms are clean, big, spacious and everything has a great environment friendly taste to it. Love that they employ more local people. Only two minor things to note is that the homestay is about 800m out of the Main Street - the alleyway is perfectly safe filled with friendly people but just bear in mind it won’t be a center of town living if that is what you want albeit the place being very accessible and Nan House provides free bikes. The other thing is the mountain room has a bit of a view but it is not necessarily a big French window opening to uninterrupted large Mountain View’s. The rooms are lovely, so even the non mountain rooms are sufficient. Bear in mind that it is surrounded by nature so the roosters will wake you up at sunrise, better to have earplugs on hand if you need an uninterrupted sleep. We had a lovely stay and thanks to Nan House, a lovely time in Tam Coc.

We had such a great stay that we stayed two nights instead of one. Owner is very accommodating and supports also in getting a taxi. Room is great even if not really a mountain view but you are in the middle of green fields.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
